Conference Fees
Fees for International Academic Conferences are as follows:
180 EUR / 4800 CZK per individual to attend the conference - Early Registration
- only participation, participation with presentation, poster
250 EUR / 6800 CZK per individual to attend the conference - Standard Registration
- only participation, participation with presentation, poster
130 EUR / 3500 CZK per individual to attend the VIRTUAL conference - Registration
- only participation, participation with presentation
150 EUR / 4000 CZK per person / one year (from the day of payment) - Membership

1. The conference registration fee includes: admission to the conference, an approximate 20-minute time slot to present one paper at the conference, a printed copy of the conference program, Publication / Proceedings (online), lunch, coffee breaks, etc. All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend.
2. The VIRTUAL conference registration fee includes: access to conference presentations, the conference program in PDF, the conference proceedings / publication with ISBN (online) - all conference materials will be sent by e-mail and by post (certificate, conference proceedings and receipt of payment). All conference participants must pay the registration fee.
Options:
- PASSIVE - only publish the article in the conference proceedings and get the certificate
- ACTIVE - 1. online (online presentation via MS Teams) or 2. offline (creating PowerPoint presentation for conference participants without oral presentation).
3. The membership fee includes: participation in all conferences with reduced fee (Early Registration), publishing an article in the conference proceedings 2 times per year (free of charge of your choice)

2.Online Payment
We use PayPal Merchant Services as our payment processor. They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal account payments. Note: a PayPal account is not required for online credit card payments (though you are welcome to use one) nor are you required to create an account to complete the process.

We are not VAT payers. The listed prices are final.
Cancellation fees:
3 months before the conference and more - 50%
from 3 months to 1 month - 75%
1 month before the conference and less - 100%
